Brief Update

I've been snowed under with non-writing related things for the past week or so and I'm off again for (other) work this weekend.  The Sex-Spawn Pit story (and others) is still on the in-progress pile.  The first draft is done, I just haven't finished typing up and editing, and likely won't have time before I leave.

Sorry to keep you all waiting in anticipation.  Hopefully I'll hit a more productive phase again once I've got this weekend out of the way.

  2. As much as I was hoping to see the rest of the MGB story, I'd rather know you're working on the story contest for literotica. That is the story I'm most interested in.

  5. Now I'm really curious. How many drafts do you go through before you post these weekly stories?

    1. 1st draft is longhand (pen & paper).
2nd draft is typed up in MS word.
Then edited (ideally some time after 2nd draft, but not always).
      Then posted.

  7. Still counting down the stories until 301 arc. Also looking forward to the Nicole story. I am also curious about her origins and what her tattoos mean.
We appreciate all the work you out into this HYDRA.
    Kudos

FYI: to anyone that wants to know Dave and Dave B are two different people.

    1. Still going. Outside stuff took a little longer to clear than usual (nothing too scary - mostly boringly bureaucratic and various responsibilities I have outside my writing life). Torpedoed the plans I had for Lit's Halloween competition unfortunately, but I should be back to normal from next week on.

Think I'm going to try my hand at writing a sexy succubi story in the next month or so. Inspired on but existing in an entirely different universe. Any general tips for a first time writer in this genre?

    1. Have fun, mostly. It's easier when it's fun. What works for me is keeping it tightly focused on the male protagonist (if they're being charmed or mind-controlled, they likely wouldn't be aware of it and the story should reflect that).
