As you've probably figured out, I am in the process of republishing my old short story collections with new covers and an afterword offering some behind-scenes information on the stories.
While most of the stories can be found in some form up on Literotica, these are the finalised versions (after a good edit) and some stories, like the eponymous "A Succubus for Freedom", can only be found in this collection.
The official (re)publication date is Friday next week (26th Aug). I hope people have fun reading the collection then!
So Hydra, you know how Nicole has killed the serial killer doctor and then awkward guy was going on about Jack the Ripper? Did Nicole actually kill Jack the Ripper?

DeleteThat aspect is something I need to figure out how to include in a story. One of the frequent criticisms is the succubi/monster girls are a bit OP, so a story showing the consequences if one isn't careful would be a good. There are elements of it in the Nicole + Madam Voluptula novel idea I had. Need to finish writing that at some point.
I think Nicole vs Traeger would offer interesting ideas. Not sure how that would play out. I think I need to write some more historical pieces showing him develop into a fearsome daemon hunter first. i have some rough plans there.
Oh man...if Traeger had Phil's Warlock magic powers and was armed to the teeth with silver knives and guns that shoot silver bullets, and had the backing of that organization that was watching trying to expose Nicole and Madam Voluptulaim in "Succubus Trap" Traeger would be one hell of a fearsome Daemon Hunter.
ReplyDeleteIt would actually be good if you did create a "modern" Geralt of Rivia that hunts and destroys succubi and other daemons (like Carny) that overstep their predation on humans. To show why the daemons that hunt humans on Earth need to be cautious.
If I ever write the ideas I have written down - Traeger develops into a fearsome daemon hunter. I probably need a modern-day equivalent. Not sure if there will be a full organisation. One of the recurring themes is that the big organisations are fairly incompetent (otherwise the daemons would be wiped off the globe the moment they strayed onto Earth).
DeleteAs for a "Geralt". I have hints of characters that may become that in the background. The trick of bringing them to the foreground is there still has to be all the lovely succubus sex stuff, but somehow have a character survive it (like Phil).
As cool as it would be to see a leather jacket wearing Henry Cavil with white hair beheading succubi with a silver katana on fire and pumping daemons like Carny full of mystical blessed silver super bullets from an AK-47, I'm here for shameless femdom succubi porn. Sorry not sorry :)

The succubus from Succubus for Freedom is a recurring character. It's the same succubus in all the stories featuring the succubus tablet. I'm hoping to reveal how she got put in that tablet at some point.
After watching the new predator movie Prey where a Predator was stalking an indian tribe, I would like to see a succubus prey on primitive humans (like on Vikings) to show that daemons have been preying on humans for centuries on Earth. Eh? What do you think Hydra? Ragnar Lothbrok versus a sexy succubus that's pretending to look like a valkyrie?

DeleteThere's a pretty good one already in the new collection - "Succubus vs Barbarian". I read all the Conan short stories as preparation for writing that one. I think (hope!) I got the flavour right, although I had to weaken my Conan expy to have him fall into the succubus's trap.
DeleteRogue vs Lamia in the 6th collection also has a similar fantasy feel.
Those stories are a weird mix of sometimes historical fantasy, sometimes RPG tropes.
Viking vs Succubus could definitely work. It's already been done to some extent with variations on the Beowulf story. That would probably be fun to play around with.
Hey Hydra, are you going to have like a Mind Flayer lust daemon? Like a lust daemon that basically "brain fucks" you by inserting tiny tentacles through the ears and touching the man's brains and being able to control the man's orgasm and make the man see that he's fucking different women.

There is one I started a while back for House of Hellish Harlots. She functions a lot differently though - has the appearance, but does a different 'brain fuck'.
DeleteI do have another idea for a liquid slime girl assassin that does do a 'brain fuck' like you mentioned. Her targets have a good time before she disposes of them.
