"A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day" is out!

It's (re)publication day!

My 6th collection of erotic horror short stories, A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day and other tales of Sinister Sirens, is back up and available to buy as an ebook.  You can find it at these ebook retailers:

(And to show I'm getting better with practise, I managed to get the ebook out on all of them on the right day!)

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BFVXVVQV

Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/a-succubus-for-saint-patrick-s-day-1

Here's the usual blurb:

Who is the lucky one – the man given sensual pleasure beyond his dreams, or the succubus that ensnares and drains him?

Dangerous and delectable sirens abound in M. E. Hydra’s sixth collection of horror erotica.  Within these pages you’ll find thirteen tales that will tempt, tease, titillate and terrify.  Read and enjoy as dark temptresses weave their seductive webs and draw in their (un)fortunate prey.

In “A Succubus for Saint Patrick’s Day” a down-on-his-luck gambler thinks his fortune has changed when a magical succubus comes to his aid.  A strange agency provides an unusual service in “The High-School Sweetheart Removal Agency”.  A researcher has a dangerous and highly sensual encounter with an alien creature in “A Real-Life Goo Girl”.  In “Number 66” an expat searches for an unusual girl in the fleshpots of Bangkok.  An accomplished thief falls prey to a shadowy guardian in “Rogue vs Lamia”.  A rich man gets the bigger dick he’s always wanted in “Crabs”, only to discover the treatment has some alarming side effects.  And finally, a young man gets a surprise when he tries to rape the wrong victim in “Joe Boyega Picks a Bad Night to Become a Rapist”.

They'll give you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams, and terrors beyond your darkest nightmares...

This is the last of the ebooks that needed republishing after my previous publisher closed at the end of last year.  As with the others, I've given it a new cover and added an afterword that gives a behind-scenes look at how the stories were written.

Some of the stories (in slightly rougher form) can already be found online on places like Literotica.  To make the collections worth buying, I always add some stories that can't be found anywhere else.  This includes the eponymous story "A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day", where the nameless succubus from the succubus tablet is sowing chaos again. "A Special Tube of Lube" is a new story with Eryx and Eunectes and calls back to their first appearance as they return to collect a debt. I try again to write pulp fantasy with "Rogue vs Lamia".  "Crabs" has appeared in another anthology, but you can enjoy it in all its nastiness here.  There's also the obligatory Nicole story (with a title that got me in trouble at Kobo), plus a couple of other original stories (one of which with a title that is clearly too long, but also throws some hints as to what the witch Annette Brite is up to with her succubi).

This is the 6th and last of my old collections.  All of my books are now back on sale.  The next time I make one of these posts it will be for a brand new collection.  The 7th collection is currently in progress and hopefully I'll be able to unveil that soon.

In the meantime, A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day is (back) out today and I hope you enjoy reading it!

"A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day" is up for pre-order

And we're onto the last of my old erotic horror short story collections.  A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day and other tales of Sinister Sirens is now up for pre-order.  You can find it at these online booksellers (more to be added).

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BFVXVVQV

Barnes and Noble: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/a-succubus-for-saint-patricks-day-me-hydra/1142288896

(Kobo is slightly delayed.  I think one of their Millennial interns saw one of the story titles and had a fit of the vapours.  Currently trying to get that fixed.)

This the last of the ebooks needing republishing.  As with the others it has a new cover and afterword.  While some of the stories are up on Literotica, these are the finalised versions and as with the others, there are plenty of stories that can only be found in this collection (such as the eponymous "A Succubus for Saint Patrick's Day")

Official release date is Sep 30th.  I hope you all enjoy reading it.

"A Succubus for Remembrance" is out!

It's another publication day!

My 5th collection of erotic horror short stories, A Succubus for Remembrance and other tales of Femme Fatales, is back up as an ebook.

You can pick it up from these ebook retailers.

And the usual blurb:

Think paranormal erotica is only about sparkly vampires and fluffy werewolves?  Think again!  You’re about to enter the bizarre and twisted universe of M. E. Hydra.  His sexy succubi and other assorted femme fatales will give you a wild ride, but be careful they don’t eat you whole in the process.

This, his fifth collection, contains thirteen tales of darkest erotica.  A terrifying succubus wreaks vengeance on a group of former soldiers in “A Succubus for Remembrance”.  A man is sent by his therapist to an unusual nudist camp in “Iron Girders and Steel Springs”.  Two lovers look to a magical artefact to solve their problems in “The Skinning Knife”.  A sinister mobster engages sexy diabolic help to demonstrate “Ways to Break a Good Man, #1” (and no.2 and 3).  Bizarre and imaginative sex demons abound in a triptych of tales set in the hell-space universe.  Also includes an extra bonus tale, “Nazi vs Succubus,” for lovers of extreme, no-holds-barred fiction.

You will be surprised, shocked and aroused by these and other tales of fiendish femme fatales.  They'll give you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams, and terrors beyond your darkest nightmares...

This is the 5th of 6 collections I'm currently republishing after my previous publisher closed down last year.  To mark the occasion I've redone the covers and added an afterword with additional commentary on the stories.  If you already have the original, you probably don't need this, but I'm not going to say no to the extra royalties if someone wants to pick them up to support my writing.

Some of these stories are up on places like Literotica.  The versions in the ebook can be considered final(ish) edits.  As always there are some stories that don't show up anywhere else.  "A Succubus for Remembrance" is a slightly different take on the usual succubus tablet story.  "The Skinning Knife" originally showed up in one of Excessica's anthology and is a different type of horror story to my usual work.  "Hugh the Hero" closes out a triptych of hell-space stories.  "Slugjob" is... I have no idea what I was thinking there.  There are also two more "Ways to Break a Good Man" stories, although they're not connected apart from the title similarities.  Lastly, there's "Nazi vs Succubus".

I don't normally do the warning thing, but "Nazi vs Succubus" is pretty 'no-holds-barred' even for me.  If you read my stories mainly for the erotica content rather than the horror, I'd skip that one.

It's out now.  If you haven't already, I hope you enjoy 13 more tales of sexy succubi and monster girls.

As you might have seen from all the recent posts, I'm republishing all my old short story collections with new covers and an afterword giving some insight on how the stories came to be written.

While most of them can be found up on Literotica, these are the finalised versions (after a thorough edit).  There are also some stories that can only be found in this collection such as the eponymous "A Succubus for Remembrance" and the (probably) too-extreme-for-Literotica "Nazi vs Succubus".

The official release date is Sep 9th.

"A Succubus for Freedom" is out!

It's publication day!  (Ok, second publication day.)

My 4th collection of erotic horror short stories, A Succubus for Freedom and other tales of Obscene Orgies, is now available as an ebook.

You can pick it up at these ebook retailers.

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B9ZW3LJJ

Here is the obligatory blurb:

You can’t escape...  You won’t want to escape...

Succubi and other monstrous femme fatales abound in M. E. Hydra’s fourth collection of wild, warped and wickedly dark erotica.  Lie back and enjoy as alluring sirens ensnare helpless prey in thirteen weird tales of sex and horror.

A drummer’s plans to separate his mother from her boring partner go horribly awry when he asks “A Succubus for Freedom”.  An arrogant massage parlour reviewer is taught a lesson by a creature of myth in “Naga Massage Review”.  In “Come on the Candle” a student upset over a recent breakup summons a succubus during an arcane rite of cleansing.  A young man discovers “What Bad Boys Get For Christmas” after he is abducted by some extremely naughty elves.  “Riding the Medusa” details an unorthodox and risky form of recreation for bored soldiers stationed in an adjacent dimension.  And finally, a shy man in his thirties finds his virginity and more under threat after he’s “Locked in with a Succubus”.

You will be surprised, shocked and aroused by these and other tales of dark temptresses.  They'll give you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams, and terrors beyond your darkest nightmares...

As you might have figured out by the amount of posts over the last couple of months, my original publisher, Excessica, closed down, so I'm self-publishing all my old books under my own account.  To mark the occasion I've redone the covers and added new afterwords with some inside insight on the stories.  If you already have the original, you probably don't need this, but I'm not going to say no to the extra royalties if someone wants to pick them up to support my writing.

Some of these stories are up on places like Literotica.  The versions in the ebook can be considered the final(ish) edits.  There are also a number of stories that do not appear anywhere else.  The succubus tablet shows up again in "A Succubus for Freedom".  I try to emulate Robert E. Howard with "Barbarian vs Succubus".  Annette Brite is up to her usual tricks in "Come on the Candle".  And there are a pair of H-space stories - "Onychophoral Dreams" and "Riding the Medusa".

It's out now and I hope you all have fun reading these sexy (and weird!) tales.

"A Succubus for Freedom" is available to pre-order

Less problems at Amazon this time, so I'm actually able to promote an upcoming book in a more organised fashion.  My 4th short story collection, A Succubus for Freedom and other tales of Obscene Orgies is coming back as an ebook.  It's available to pre-order at various places.

"A Succubus for Halloween" is out!

It's publication day! (Or rather, second publication day).

My 3rd erotic horror short story collection, A Succubus for Halloween and other tales of Terrifying Temptresses, is now available as an ebook.

You can pick it up here:

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Succubus-Halloween-other-Terrifying-Temptresses-ebook/dp/B0B8XNZGN9

Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/a-succubus-for-halloween-2

Smashwords: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/98067

Here's the obligatory blurb:

Tempting, wanton, enticing, gorgeous... lethal.

Halloween is a time for chills and thrills.  A time for femme fatales to sharpen their claws and take to the night in search of fresh prey.  Cuddle up in front of an open fire as M. E. Hydra brings you a delectable dirty dozen tales of ravishing succubi and other sensual predators.

A man uses a succubus as instrument of revenge in “A Succubus for Halloween”.  An unusual treatment for claustrophobia is prescribed in “Naga Special Massage”.  In “The Pearls of the Mediterranean” a group of holidaying lads discover an exotic nudist beach with a secret.  Things get wet and slippery while “Oil Wrestling a Succubus”.  Against a backdrop of demonic invasion, a soldier is subjected to the fleshy pleasures of “Capramendes, the Milkmaid”.  And finally, a doctor finds a sexy supernatural companion for “A Halloween Party with a Succubus”.

Sit back and enjoy these and other tales of weird, wanton and wicked temptresses.  They’ll give you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams, and terrors beyond your darkest nightmares...

This is a republication of the title I had out through Excessica.  Sadly, Excessica is no more, so I'm putting the old books back up under my own author account.  To mark the occasion I've redone the cover and added an afterword with some commentary on the stories.  If you have the original you probably don't need to get this, but I'm not going to turn down the extra royalties if someone wants to pick it up to help me out.

Because I get questions asking if these are just the same stories that are up on Literotica.  Some are originally from there, but the collections also contain stories that are exclusive to them and can't be found anywhere else.  There are 5 exclusives in this one.  "Oil Wrestling a Succubus" features some sexy femdom oil wrestling and links a couple of plotlines to my mobster character, Koontz (You'll also see the succubus from this in HoHH soon, hopefully).  "Serving the Earth Mother" is quite possibly one of the grosser stories I've written (and probably wouldn't be allowed up on Literotica!).  Of most interest will likely be the Nicole story, "A Halloween Party with a Succubus".

Anyway, it's out and I hope you all have fun reading it!

"A Succubus for Halloween" is available for pre-order

I'm still having a few problems at Amazon, but gradually powering through them.  My 3rd short story collection, A Succubus for Halloween and other tales of Terrifying Temptresses is now available for pre-order at various places:

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B8XNZGN9
Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/a-succubus-for-halloween-2

This is another republication.  With my previous publisher Excessica closing, I'm self-publishing all of my old books through my personal author account.  To mark the republication I've added a new cover and an afterword with some behind-scenes commentary on the stories.

While a lot of the stories originally showed up on Literotica and other places, there are some stories that can only be found in this collection, including the very nice Nicole story, "A Halloween Party with a Succubus".

As before, if you already have the old collection, you probably don't need to pick up the newer version, but I'm certainly not going to say no if you wish to buy it to support my future writing!  I'd appreciate reviews if people can give them, but this is erotica (and fairly weird erotica at that!), so fully understand people wanting to remain anonymous with their purchases.

The official (re)publication date is this Friday (12th Aug).  I hope people have fun reading the collection then!

A Succubus for Valentine's Day is out! (sort of)

My 2nd collection, "A Succubus for Valentine's Day and other tales of Perilous Pleasures" is now out (sort of).

Here is the obligatory blurb:

Alluring, exotic, delectable, sexy... dangerous.

M. E. Hydra returns with a second collection of thirteen sizzling stories featuring seductive succubi, amorous aliens and other sexy femme fatales.

“A Succubus for Valentine’s Day” shows the perils of letting a succubus play cupid.  Two tourists discover a dark secret lurking in Amsterdam’s red light district in “Venus of the Red Lights”.  In “Knight vs Succubus”, a knight battles for his life and soul against a cunning and seductive demon.  A man finds out his pleasure planet of blue-skinned alien babes is not as it seems in “The Spiders of Thomisoidus”.  And finally, a young man has a very special date in “A Summer Dance with a Succubus”.

You will be enthralled, aroused, and terrified in equal measure by these and other tales of wicked, sensual predators.  They’ll give you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams, and terrors beyond your darkest nightmares...

This is my second collection of short stories, first published in 2011 through Excessica. I've republished it with a new cover and afterword (and a thorough editing pass to fix anything I missed the first time around).

You can find it at

Kobo: https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/a-succubus-for-valentine-s-day

Barnes and Noble: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/a-succubus-for-valentines-day-me-hydra/1141813683?ean=2940166601001

Apple Books: https://books.apple.com/gb/book/a-succubus-for-valentines-day/id6443171589

It should also have updated at Smashwords, but check the preview first to make sure you're getting the updated version (the copyright page should mention cover art by Wombo AI and a 2nd edition date of 2022, which should indicate it's the correct version):
https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/41826

I also uploaded it to Google Play this morning, so it should go live there in a couple of days.  Check my author page:
https://play.google.com/store/books/author?id=M.E.+Hydra

Where it isn't currently available, sadly, is Amazon.  I'm working on it and hopefully will have it available at some point, but I'm having to deal with staggering levels of incompetency from Amazon KDP's support department.  I'll put up a post describing my 'experiences' in full grisly details in a few days.  Kafka-esque nightmare doesn't even begin to cover it.

UPDATE: The problems at Amazon appear to have been resolved.  You can now find it there as well:

Problem with publishing rights for "A Succubus for Valentine's Day" on Amazon

About this time I was expecting to start promotion for "A Succubus for Valentine's Day" and giving you the link to pre-order it.  In fact, on some other ebook sites, eg Kobo, it is available for pre-order:
https://www.kobo.com/gb/en/ebook/a-succubus-for-valentine-s-day

But not currently on Amazon.  This is where it gets complicated.

I finished preparing the manuscript and uploaded it to the regular ebook sites last Sunday, setting an official release date of the 29th.  Amazon came back to me with an email warning of possible rights infringement.  I wasn't too fussed about this.  The same thing happened while I was republishing "A Succubus for Christmas".  Thankfully, Selina Kitt, the owner of my previous publisher, Excessica, was ahead of the game, and so when Excessica closed its doors at the end of 2021, she sent out letters to all authors officially reverting their rights back to them.  I replied to Amazon attaching that letter and "A Succubus for Christmas" was available for pre-order the next day.

I figured it would be the same here.  Except nothing happened.

I waited a week and then gave them a prod, thinking it had just been forgotten and that would jog them into making the book go live for pre-order.

This wasn't the case.  I got a response indicating they hadn't received the necessary documentation... despite me already sending them the relevant documentation.

So, I'm not really sure what's going on here.  It's unfortunately stressful and concerning.  It could be a mix-up that's easily fixed in the next couple of days, but then I thought that last weekend.  The problem with being the little guy dealing with the massive corporation is you can be in the right and it not matter a jot.  If something gets stuck, it gets stuck, and then you're shit out of luck.

I'm going to proceed with the July 29th release date as planned for everywhere else and hope I can resolve whatever is blocking things at Amazon.

It does have me concerned.  Amazon is 90% of sales and I was hoping to put all 6 collections back up as a series.  Amazon are not something I can just route around if they fuck up and don't fix it.

Coming soon... I hope!

A Succubus for Christmas is out!

It's publication day!  Or rather, second publication day.  My 1st collection, "A Succubus for Christmas and other tales of Devilish Delights" is now live on Amazon (and other ebook stores) and ready to buy.  You can find it here:

https://www.amazon.com/Succubus-Christmas-other-Devilish-Delights-ebook/dp/B0B66LRCT4

And the obligatory back cover blurb:

Beautiful, seductive, enthralling, sensual, irresistible... deadly.

The succubus is an enduring icon of myth – a demon that seduces and sleeps with her prey before taking their life and soul.  In this collection M. E. Hydra brings you thirteen erotically charged tales of sexy succubi and other exotic creatures.

In “A Succubus for Christmas” a man discovers his surprise sexy gift also possesses a dark side.  “The Masterton Covenant” asks how much would you risk for one night of perfect pleasure.  Four men are taken to a very special establishment in “Flesh Pitchers of Prague”.  A tough demon slayer discovers why ‘men can’t fight them’ in “Slayer vs. Succubus”.  A man is drawn into a deadly yet delectable web by a sexy spider woman in “Arachne’s Web”.

You will be enthralled, aroused, and terrified in equal measure by these and other tales of dark, seductive beauties.  They’ll give you pleasures beyond your wildest dreams, and terrors beyond your darkest nightmares...

This is a republication of my 2010 short story collection.  My previous publisher, Excessica, has sadly closed their doors, so I'm republishing my old books under my author account.  To mark the republication I've added a new cover and an afterword detailing where the stories first appeared and the inspiration behind them.

The others will follow over the next few weeks.  I'm also hoping I'll kick my lazy ass in shape and get that brand new 7th collection finished before the end of year as well (or at least early next year).

These are mostly my early stories before I started to tie them together into a shared universe.  One of them, "Arachne's Web", can only be found in this collection and might arguably be the best one in there.

If you already have the old collection, you probably don't need to pick up the newer version, but I'm certainly not going to say no if you wish to buy it to support my future writing!  I'd appreciate reviews if people can give them, but this is erotica (and fairly weird erotica at that!), so fully understand people wanting to remain anonymous with their purchases.

The ebook is scheduled to go live on Friday (15th), but is available for pre-order now.  I'm not normally the best at self-promotion, so I'm trying to give a little more pre-warning than usual.  A spike of sales is usually good for pushing a book up the ranks and helping more readers to discover it.

More importantly, I hope you all have fun reading it!

Succubus Summoning 101 and 201 are back on sale

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, my publisher, eXcessica, closed their doors at the end of last year.  This meant all my ebooks (with the exception of the shorter novellas I self-published myself) were unpublished and taken down from sale.  I've been steadily putting them back up again under my own name.

Succubus Summoning 101 and Succubus Summoning 201 are now back up.  In fact, they've been back up on Amazon for over a week.  I've just been waiting for approval to go through at other sites.

That process was... a little interesting.  While I'm no stranger to it, having self-published the Sandwiched by series (which I need to go back to a straighten out at some point), it's been a few years, so there was some rust to shake off and copious swearing at manuscript formatting software that insists on changing text formatting whether you want it to or not!

You can find them here:

They should also be showing up on Google Play and Barnes & Noble at some point.  I'm still waiting for either my account to be approved or other distributors to push them out.

If you have an ebook retailer you use that isn't one of those and would like to be able to buy my ebooks from them, let me know and I'll get them up there.

Also, because formatting can be an imprecise science, if you pick up a copy and it looks like ass on your device, let me know and I'll try and get it fixed.  I checked them against the site's previewer, but sometimes things can get mangled when converting files.

The collections are still on the way.  I wanted to take this as an opportunity to redo the covers and maybe tweak the contents.  More on that in a week or two!

Ebook plans for 2019

After all the recent negativity over Patreon being a bunch of Orwellian cunts, here's me trying to be positive with plans for 2019.

2018 (and 2017) were a little weird.  In terms of word count I'm still producing a decent amount of content.  In total word count, "Escape Volumpula, the Pink Jelly" was about the same size as a large novella and "Escape the Arachne" wasn't much shorter.  The main problem with them is they're not something I can easily monetise on Amazon.  Patreon was a good fit... until they decided to shit the bed.  "Night of the Nude Succubus Orgy" was also very lengthy.  That I think could be expanded into a full novel.

The instability at Patreon has forced me to reassess priorities. Ebook royalties are a reliable portion of my income. It's been a while (2 years) since I've put any out and I want to rectify that in 2019.  This doesn't mean I'll be abandoning the CYOAs.  Given how chaotic my writing process is, there will no doubt be times when I want to tinker with game mechanics and programming rather than working on whatever ebook I'm supposed to be working on!

Here are some candidates to get done in 2019.  I'll probably expand them out into full posts later to discuss in more detail.

A new A Succubus for collection
While I haven't been as active on Literotica as I would like, I do now seem to have accumulated close to enough material for a new collection.  I don't have my stockpile of stories to use as collection (or even Patreon) exclusives.  About 4 or 5 brand new ones should be enough to finish a collection.

Succubus Summoning 301
This is probably the thing I need most to stabilise my royalty income.  While I am terrified of fucking it up, I think I might just sit down and let the story go where it wants to go rather than obsessing about not wanting to let people down.  (Please don't kill him, Rosa and co.  I have bills to pay!)

These two are my highest priority.  The collection because it's easy.  Succubus Summoning 301 because it's long overdue.

Tales from H-space
I've been trying to figure out what to do with the bestiary shorts for a while.  I think they could make a nice themed short story collection, possibly a regular ongoing series.  It would require rewriting and expanding the better ones into "proper" short stories as I don't think they are high enough quality in their current state (and I never really felt I got the accompanying "monster manual" file entries right).

This could be an easy win.  Or the rewrite process could be nightmarish.  The concept as a slightly more grimdark version of the Monster Girl Encyclopaedia was always a good one.

Sandwiched by
I've given up trying to chase my tail on hitting a regular monthly schedule with these novellas.  I want to relaunch them with new covers.  I think the best way to do that is to stealthily write them all in advance, then release them on a monthly basis over a year.  Another stealth project I'll keep quiet on until the whole thing is done and ready to release.

Okasare Kenny
Similar to Sandwiched by.  This is perfect as a novella serial released monthly over a year.  I already know I can't chase my tail in terms of deadlines, so the best thing would be to write it all out in advance.

Both have been screwed up by me in the past through a twitchy desire to rush something—anything—out.  I want to get away from that mentality and just focus on getting the proper groundwork done to be able to release them as I originally intended.

Then some speculative projects.  I'm not going to force myself to work on set things given that it made a mess of my productivity last year.  These will jump up and down my priority queue depending on how burning hot the desire to work on them is.

Night of the Nude Succubus Orgy
I think the short story could be expanded into a full novel.  It would likely be a strange mix of nasty period horror (the initial sacrifices and rituals) mixed with modern-day pornfest.  Could work.  Maybe…?

The Succubus Trap
The Nicole novel.  The first couple of chapters are really hot (Nicole and Madam Voluptula tag-teaming to fuck someone's brains out) and I think it would do really well as a novel, which makes my inability to get beyond chapter 3 incredibly frustrating.  Maybe I'll finally figure out how to bust through that block.

The Succubus Invasion
Another one I've already written multiple chapters for, but haven't quite got it to click.  It's also a strange mix of nasty sexual horror and goofy pornfest moments.

Jackson in HRPG-World
Less a novel than 8 short stories set in game-parody worlds.  I wrote the first four, hit a wall on the fifth and it's been stuck in development hell ever since.  Given I have nearly half the material written already, I should really focus on getting this done and published.

Then the really speculative stuff.  I don't think I'll get to these, but I might suddenly get a burning desire to work on them and I want to try and raise my productivity by letting enthusiasm dictate what projects to work on rather than trying to brute force specific ones.

Bubblelicious
Themed collection set around a soapland-style massage parlour.  Stemmed from a single short story idea.  This one is probably super-speculative,

Invading the Hive
A H-space novel, themed collection?  The bee girl entry for the H-space monster girl bestiary ended up getting a little long and complex.  I think it will likely be seven or so elaborate sex scenes featuring bee/wasp monster girls stitched together with some kind of underlying plot.  I've had a similar idea for a slime girl cave kicking around for years.  Maybe another series prospect?

There are others, but they're either far from ready or been left on hiatus long enough to require a degree of archaeology to dig up.  I might post them as glimpses into my ideas file for patrons.

My plan is to try and be more flexible in 2019.  Trying to force things out backfired far too often in 2018.  I'd rather have a 10-hour day working on some of the speculative stuff, than limping to a 2-hour day trying to brute force a more "important" project.

Anyway, that's a glimpse of my current ebook project plans.  Let's hope 2019 will be a lovely year filled with sexy succubus smut!

Succubus Summoning 201 is out!

The path to becoming a warlock is long, difficult, and—in Phil Rowling’s case—filled with unhealthy amounts of dangerous sex.

After summoning and being dragged off to hell by Verdé and her sexy succubus friends, Phil returns to Wargsnouts College for Warlocks to discover he’s been placed in the fast track Advanced Studies class.  Here students are taught how to control and harness the power of their daemons.  Phil just wants to find out how to stop his succubi from trying to kill him and his fellow students with mind-blowing, soul-draining sex.  On top of this he also has to worry about a callous teacher who doesn’t care how many of his students die, a vengeful student sending an alluring arachne assassin after him to sexually suck him to death, and additional lessons from his own succubus, CέrμlÉ™a, that might just unhinge rather than broaden his mind.

Magic, mayhem, monster girls, and dollops and dollops of weird sex abound as hapless novice warlock Phil Rowling continues his misadventures in succubus summoning.

The new ebook is out!

You can find the digital version at:
Amazon
Barnes & Noble
Kobo
Smashwords
Excessica's own website
and other online ebook retailers.  (If you can't find it at your online ebook retailer of choice, let me know and I'll try and sort it out.)

The print version to come as soon as I get the print manuscript and coverflat done.

(The mini-ebook collection set in between 101 and 201 is also on the way.  That bonus Nurse Honey story I said I'd do ended up clocking in a little longer than I expected at 5,500 words or so.)

I hope you all enjoy it and please spread the word.  If the book does great it will make it harder for my lazy ass to come up with more excuses to put off starting 301. ;)

Valentine's Day Promotion for A Succubus for Valentine's Day

As I'm a bitter, twisted, possibly certifiable individual with a spider-infested lump of black coal for a heart, Valentine's Day is the worst day of all. All that saccharine schmaltz and pink froth—Ugh!

To help fellow warped malfeasants through this most trying of days I’m dropping the price on my A Succubus for Valentine’s Day collection (ebook) to 99 cents for this week. This was the collection I put out this time last year. If you haven’t had a chance to pick it up yet, you have until Sunday (19th) to take advantage of my irrational hostility to February the 14th and get it on the cheap.

The new price is already updated in the eXcessica store, but it usually takes a little longer (about 12 hours) for amazon, B & N and others to update.

Guaranteed to take away that sickly sweet aftertaste of too much Valentine's Day confection. Enjoy!

Succubus Summoning 101 is out! (as a novel)

It's Friday. There have been a few minor teething problems, but Succubus Summoning 101, the novel, is now out and available to buy in both eBook and print form.

Apologies to anyone trying to buy from the eXcessica site today. It should now be available to buy instead of displaying as coming soon. You can get it here, and the print version from CreateSpace is also available here.

It's also available from the major online ebook stores such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Smashwords, and in a variety of formats.

This is sort of my donation button if you enjoyed reading the series. Thanks for the support and I hope you like the little extras in the novel.

Succubus Summoning 201 should be out later this year. That's a release to get more excited about... ;)

Coming Soon... Succubus Summoning 101: The Novel

Out Friday 3rd Feb

“Is this where you tell me, ‘Yer a wizard’,” Phil said.

The man laughed. “No, not a wizard,” he said. “A warlock.”

“What’s the difference?” Phil manhandled a big bin liner full of crap into the skip.

“One’s make-believe while the other is very much real.”

So are daemons…

Phil Rowling, a normal eighteen-year-old, discovers this when he is plucked from a dead-end life of fast-food service and enrolled into Wargsnouts College for Warlocks. At the college students are taught how to summon and control daemons from hell.

Everyone at Wargsnouts knows what a succubus is, and why warlocks summon them. It’s a dirty joke shared in sniggers amongst the students. Succubi are female sex daemons, famed for their mastery of the arts of pleasure. Eager to experience this pleasure first-hand, Phil and his friend, Jake Pulman, take the Daemonica Malefique from the library and use it to summon a pair of succubi for a night of sexy fun. After all, succubi are sex daemons, used only for sex, how dangerous can it be…

Phil finds out exactly how dangerous when the ritual goes wrong and he is taken prisoner by a harem of hot succubi. Trapped in a perverse corner of hell, can he escape before the erotic wiles of the succubi claim his life and soul…?

Yes, I finally got around to collecting my Succubus Summoning 101 series together into a novel. If you ever wanted the complete story in a nicely formatted ebook, or even an actual paper-print book, you'll get your chance in a week's time.

So what's new? As you may have noticed already from the little excerpt in the blurb above, I've included some extra pages to give more of Phil's background--how he came to be recruited, who he met on enrolment, and so on. Nothing major, I don't want to dilute all those sinful succubus sex scenes after all, but enough to add more flesh to the world. I also spent some time cleaning up the chapters, fixing some iffy grammar, correcting typos; basically all the boring editing stuff required to bring the novel to as close to a professional standard as I could manage.

One thing I haven't cleaned up is the sex. Some authors tone their work down before putting it up on sites like amazon. In true John Carpenter style, I cut nothing. No need to worry there. Verdé and company are just as sexually uninhibited (depraved?) as before.

In case you're wondering, I'm not going to pull the existing chapters from Literotica and the other places I posted them. While I intend publishing the follow-up, Succubus Summoning 201, as an ebook first, I will continue to serialise the chapters on Literotica. All I ask is if you read the series and enjoy it, please support my writing by buying the ebook.

If you haven't read it yet, whoo boy are you in for a treat!

Next Friday...

"A Succubus for Christmas" is available!!!

It's out!!!

I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. My first collection of short stories is out from eXcessica.

You can buy it directly from them here.

The ebook is also available from smashwords here.

The print version can be bought from Amazon right here. Currently it's ranked #5,585,978 in books. There could be room for improvement there... :)

If you have one of those new-fangled Kindle things (I envy you!), you can even get the Kindle version here. I have no idea how good/bad being ranked #42,575 is, but having a ranking means someone's at least already bought a copy (I think), so yay!

Huge thanks to Selena and eXcessica for the formatting and getting the book out there. I hope everyone enjoys the anthology as much as I did writing it.

This is where I go out drinking to celebrate.

In a few months I'll be out drinking again to drown my sorrows when I find out I've only shifted five copies. :)
