House of Hellish Harlots [art version] v0.019 update [Animations]

I should have posted this last week, but it managed to get lost in the shuffle.

I put out a new version of HoHH 1.5 (the version with art).  v0.019 is a small release that fixes the display CSS for .mp4 animations and adds animation for some of the harlot H-scenes.  It's AI-generated from marwmellow's artwork, so I've used it sparingly rather than on every page.  In all there are 17 animations spread across 11 harlots.

The update can be found on the houseofhellishharlots website under the Experimental tab here.  Hit the "Private demo" button.  The password can be found on either my Patreon or SubscribeStar.

Because I forgot to post this last week, I can also add that I posted a full mid-2026 roadmap for what still needs to be done for HoHH.  That can be found on Patreon here and isn't paywalled, so everyone should be able to access it.

It's still a fair bit of writing, but I've been making good progress on the Round 9 Elites, and once they're done it's just the final Queens and a handful of remaining harlots.

Harlot Art Preview - Sasori Oiran

This week's harlot art preview is the scorpion-tailed geisha assassin Sasori Oiran.

Sasori Oiran is a member of the sensuality faction and can function as both a skilled courtesan and deadly assassin.

I do have a nice back story for her.  She was summoned to 17th century Japan as a demonic assassin.  However, fearful of her power, her daimyo betrayed her and tried to have her killed.  For her revenge she unmanned him and killed his sons in front of him one by one.  Then without master, she terrorised the Yoshiwara district for a couple of decades before finally being banished by a clan of kunoichi.

Yeah, I think that would make a great novel/manga/movie.  It would also be very difficult to write as I'd need to do a ton of research on Edo-era Japan.

Maybe one day...

In the House, Sasori is a very dangerous high-tier harlot.  Her venom has a highly pleasurable effect on the human body, but is unfortunately fatal.

Harlot Art Preview - Squidgii & Squishii

For this week's art preview it's time to move onto the sensuality faction.

Squidgii and Squishii (or Squishii and Squidgii) are a pair of lovely cuddly slime girls.  They like to sandwich a man between their soft bodies and have him melt away in bliss.

Harlot Art Preview - Llefrith SWMP-08

Posting schedule is still a little erratic.  I was a little busy yesterday.

After previewing Elita-05 & Elita-07 it's time to look at The Doctoress's bulk semen procurer - Llefrith SWMP-08.

Rather than seeking quality, she's designed to harvest bulk.  Which means she's very adept at pumping large quantities of semen out of a man's balls.  Sometimes draining them utterly...

Harlot Art Preview - Elita-05 & Elita-07

My weekly posting schedule on here has gone a little erratic.  I'm trying to pick the right day to get some regularity back.  Let's try Monday.

The art preview for the week is the white latex milkmaids, Elita-05 & Elita-07.  The Doctoress has tasked them with finding the highest quality semen, and when they do, they drain it to the last drop.

Originally, House of Hellish Harlots was going to be more succubi and demons.  Then I came up with a mad scientist faction, and now there are femdom milking androids in the House.  Oh well, if it worked for Monmusu Quest.

More AI Animation Experiments

Now that most of the pinup art for House of Hellish Harlots has been completed, I've been moving onto commissioning proper H-scenes (from marwmellow) for some of the girls, either personally myself or through patrons kindly "adopting" a harlot. Some of this art has started to appear in recent HoHH1.5 (the art version) releases.

With some of my spare time (when I'd otherwise be playing videogames), I've been playing around with looking at AI animation again.  Adding some animation to the H-art would add a lot.  One of the biggest challenges is finding AI programs that don't have censorship.  Grok was very good when I tried it out last year, but has since been bullied into uselessness by the moral busybodies.

Looking around, I have managed to find some that can do NSFW.

Some of the more regular-looking harlots are easy to do, especially if it's standard porn scene the AI models probably have a lot of data to build from.

Nooru's cowgirl is fairly straightforward to add animation.

I was also surprised at how good the AI was at handling some of the weirder girls.

Kanna is the classic Alice-in-Wonderland themed caterpillar girl.  She's in the current batch marwmellow is working on.  I was surprised the AI knew what to do here.  Has someone being feeding some Japanese monster girl art into the datasets? :D

And while I couldn't get the AI to have Baloobia properly absorb the man, this might be a nice animation to use before things get a little more... dangerous.

This is still early experimentation.  Animating the pinup art looked cool, but I couldn't really see how to fit it into the game.  Animated H-scenes feel a lot more useful.  The animation loop is triggered to play alongside the relevant text segment and I think that could add a lot to the game.

I currently have a very rough proof-of-concept added to the last HoHH1.5 release where L'iaculatia sprays the screen with silk.  It's very rough and the CSS needs work, but I think it's possible.

There are some still some issues I need to fix (aside from the display CSS in the game).

While the AI did pretty well with even some of the weirder monster girls, there are some things that stump it.  Eye colour is surprisingly one of them.  I often give my succubi and other monster girls strange eye colours such as red or all black.  What normally happens is the AI tries to change those back to regular human eyes and haven't yet figured out the prompt-fu to stop it from doing that.

I'd also like to turn the animations into seamless loops.  The easiest way is probably to create a 5 second loop from the original art, then feed the last frame for that into generating a second 5-second loop while specifying the original art as the last frame.  While there are some AI tools that do first to last frame, I haven't got any good results yet.

This reinforces my belief that AI can get you to 95% there, but trying to fix that final 5% is a real bitch.  This is why you should probably use human animators if you can afford them.  AI might be a valid budget option, though.  I just have to decide if getting 90-95% of the way there is good enough to put in the game.

Harlot Art Preview - N3P-NTHes

The harlot preview this week is of N3P-NTHes, the artificial pitcher plant girl.  She lures men into her disguised rubber pitcher, then ruthlessly drains them of all their life and semen.

This might be one of my favourites out of the harlots marwmellow has drawn.  The lighting is very ominous.  I could easily see this as the cover of an old pulp sci-fi magazine (although they might have to strategically hide the nipples!)

In project news I did change my mind on skipping April's release.  It was a couple of days late, but I eventually put out v0.018 of the art version of House of Hellish Harlots.  This adds notebook/replay functionality for a couple of harlots and also new H-scene art for Ygolia Campbell kindly commissioned by one of my patrons.

Harlot Art Preview - Anna Boa

Last month was a bit all over the place.  I'll hopefully get back to a more regular posting schedule.  I still have a lot of marwmellow's lovely harlot art to preview.

This week is the muscular Anna Boa.  She loves giving men an intimate squeeze.

I'm still running into a few problems implementing the notebook code for the low-tier harlots.  I'm going to leave off that for a bit and concentrate on writing the last of the round 5 elites - The Imp Harem.

Harlot Art Preview - Epicratea

I had a few problems getting the latest House of Hellish Harlots (art version) release out, but those are resolved, so it's back to the harlot art previews.

This week is another succubus who previously showed up in one of my short stories.  Epicratea, the Ebony Succubus, first appeared in my "Oil Wrestling a Succubus" short story.  That story can be found in the A Succubus for Halloween collection.  I've just received new cover art for that collection and will be putting out a new print version in a couple of weeks, but more on that in a future post.

As indicated by the title, Epicratea loves a good oil wrestle.  She likes sexily overpowering men and then finally claiming them in her succubus form.  She finished high enough on a poll of characters patrons would like to see added to HoHH, so I ported her scene over from the story.  So now players of HoHH can now have some slippery fun with her.

I think he did a great job of capturing her with this one.  It might be sexy oil wrestling fun, but Epicratea does not fuck around.

After a lot of bug squashing I did finally get HoHH1.5 v0.017 out.  This should be the first in what should hopefully be a series of regular releases as I update the remaining low-tier harlots with full notebook and replay functionality.  These releases also include new full H-scene art for some harlots by marwmellow, commissioned by both me and patrons.  So if you have a favourite you'd like to see drawn in a certain way, get in touch.

Harlot Art Preview - Huntress Levka

This week's harlot preview is Huntress Levka and her trusty "hounds", Minyette and Zhopa.  As a member of the Huthswiven Manor she enjoys hunting men and letting her hounds get up to perverted fun with those they catch.

Harlot Art Preview - Atómica

This week's harlot art preview is a harlot I have a spin-off story idea form, but haven't got around to writing it yet.  Atómica, La Bomba de Amor is a luchador themed succubus.  His speciality is the "love bomb" finishing move where she flies the man up high and then drives them down into a giant inflatable airbag.  The resulting orgasm for the man is explosive, but sadly terminal.  At least he gets to go out with a bang...

Art is by Marwmellow.  I made a slight boob with the descriptions in failing to emphasize the importance of her having wings - something I might ask to be added when I come to commission her H-scene (or someone adopts her).

The Adopt-a-Harlot scheme has been going pretty well.  I'm nearly through the notebook/monsterpedia slog to the point I should be able to start putting out regular release again soon.  These will start to include "spicier" artwork of the harlots in action.

Harlot Art Preview - Eve Satana

This week's harlot art preview is another character that originally showed up first in one of my short stories. Eve Satana first showed up in "The Biggest Tits in the World".  The Literotica version of that story is a little rough.  I cleaned it up and made it clearer some eldritch reality-warping shenanigans were taking place for the version put in the A Succubus for Freedom collection.

After finishing high in a poll of characters people wanted to see added, Eve Satana was put into the House with a scenario that also slightly expands her background lore.

And now I have some nice art of her courtesy of marwmellow that really shows off Eve's particular "assets".

Eve has also been "adopted", which means spicier work of her H-scene is currently on the way.

I'm still slowly working through the notebook/monsterpedia implementations.  I'm hoping to have a new HoHH.1.5 release out fairly soon where players will be able to see exactly what I've been up to with that as about half of the low-tier harlots will have it.  Check my PPatreon or SubscribeStar for the regular update reports.

Harlot Art Preview - Boobella

The harlot art preview for this week is Boobella.  She's another import from my short stories, first appearing in "A Chance Glance and a Chance Conversation in a Student Bar" (which also shows up in my most recent collection of short stories, A Succubus for Social Justice).

Originally I wrote her as total bitch - the succubus equivalent of the mean-girl cheerleader trope.  Evidently I failed at that as she topped a poll of characters people most wanted to see added to HoHH, and then topping polls of favourite harlots.  This despite her being very open about her desire to drain the player of everything they have and kill them.

I guess people really like bad girls... :D

Harlot Art Preview - Misty

This week the harlot art preview is the House's "guard dog", Misty.  She mostly roams the House's grounds and deals with intruders.  She's not a ghost but a lust daemon with a gaseous body.  This allows her to envelop men in a cloud of bliss.

Technically, Misty was the first ever harlot.  While I was experimenting with Twine, I wrote what could be the first chapter of a CYOA detailing the player getting to the House after their car broke down.  Misty was there to deal with players that tried to take options that were not walking to the House.

That plan changed and the House of Hellish Harlots project changed into the current game idea rather than a simple CYOA or gamebook.

(Although with hindsight, I maybe should have made the more simple CYOA/gamebook first as HoHH evolved into a much more complex game project).

Back to complexity, I'm still working through the harlot notebook code.  That is extremely complex, but will result in a replayable "monsterpedia" similar to the one in Monmusu Quest.  (And provide other benefits).  I've been slogging away at it for a while, but I am finally starting to make good progress on it.

Harlot Art Preview - Cerastesia

I'm hoping the art previews and House of Hellish Harlot releases will be a little more consistent in 2026.  Here is Calliophi's fiery and more passionate sister, Cerastesia.

As one of the mid-tier harlots, her scenario is only in the text-only version at the moment.

Harlot Art Preview - Nef 0-CWMWL

My posting schedule for these is still a little erratic (but slightly more reliable on Patreon and SubscribeStar).  This is the enigmatic Nef 0-CWMWL.

Nef is an artificial creation that specialises in using aphrodisiac gases to overwhelm men with ecstasy.

Unfortunately, she can also make those gases extremely toxic to those who fail to meet her standards.

Now that the new book is out, I've been switching my attentions back to HoHH, and in particular the art version of HoHH.  One thing that has been holding me back is harlot notebook functionality.  The code is pretty much in place, but it requires custom text and custom implementation for each harlot.  My current goal for December is to get that done for all the low-tier harlots so I can get the project moving again.

(And get that proper public demo out!)
