As you might have figured out by the amount of posts over the last couple of months, my original publisher, Excessica, closed down, so I'm self-publishing all my old books under my own account.  To mark the occasion I've redone the covers and added new afterwords with some inside insight on the stories.  If you already have the original, you probably don't need this, but I'm not going to say no to the extra royalties if someone wants to pick them up to support my writing.

Some of these stories are up on places like Literotica.  The versions in the ebook can be considered the final(ish) edits.  There are also a number of stories that do not appear anywhere else.  The succubus tablet shows up again in "A Succubus for Freedom".  I try to emulate Robert E. Howard with "Barbarian vs Succubus".  Annette Brite is up to her usual tricks in "Come on the Candle".  And there are a pair of H-space stories - "Onychophoral Dreams" and "Riding the Medusa".

Public Demo Version of "House of Hellish Harlots" Updated to v0.032

After taking a month off to handle the editing and preparation of my old short story collections, it's back to adding new material to the "House of Hellish Harlots" project.

Atómica, La Bomba de Amor

This is the 'lovebomb' succubus.  She's from the erotic wrestling faction and the 'lovebomb' is her sexy finisher.

Nef 0-CWMWL

Nef is the 'gas sex doll' artificial being.  She's kind of a living sex doll filled with aphrodisiac gases that can release those gases outside of her.  A few people mentioned the "Ways to Break a Good Man" short story which featured a succubus-possessed sex doll.  Nef's scenario is a little different to that, with more emphasis on her gases.  (In keeping with the artificial beings, she also has a fairly nasty horror end you'll want to avoid.)

Pêl-Z Perffeithio

Pêl-Z is another artificial being and the 3rd of the 'Pêl' harlots.  She's the 'perfected' version, which means she's a lot more agreeable than the other two.  I've been looking for opportunities to create little clusters of similar harlots to give their groups more cohesion (I'm planning to have 3 'huntress' harlots in the last faction for this reason).

Problem with publishing rights for "A Succubus for Valentine's Day" on Amazon

About this time I was expecting to start promotion for "A Succubus for Valentine's Day" and giving you the link to pre-order it.  In fact, on some other ebook sites, eg Kobo, it is available for pre-order:

But not currently on Amazon.  This is where it gets complicated.

I finished preparing the manuscript and uploaded it to the regular ebook sites last Sunday, setting an official release date of the 29th.  Amazon came back to me with an email warning of possible rights infringement.  I wasn't too fussed about this.  The same thing happened while I was republishing "A Succubus for Christmas".  Thankfully, Selina Kitt, the owner of my previous publisher, Excessica, was ahead of the game, and so when Excessica closed its doors at the end of 2021, she sent out letters to all authors officially reverting their rights back to them.  I replied to Amazon attaching that letter and "A Succubus for Christmas" was available for pre-order the next day.

I figured it would be the same here.  Except nothing happened.

I waited a week and then gave them a prod, thinking it had just been forgotten and that would jog them into making the book go live for pre-order.

This wasn't the case.  I got a response indicating they hadn't received the necessary documentation... despite me already sending them the relevant documentation.

So, I'm not really sure what's going on here.  It's unfortunately stressful and concerning.  It could be a mix-up that's easily fixed in the next couple of days, but then I thought that last weekend.  The problem with being the little guy dealing with the massive corporation is you can be in the right and it not matter a jot.  If something gets stuck, it gets stuck, and then you're shit out of luck.

I'm going to proceed with the July 29th release date as planned for everywhere else and hope I can resolve whatever is blocking things at Amazon.

It does have me concerned.  Amazon is 90% of sales and I was hoping to put all 6 collections back up as a series.  Amazon are not something I can just route around if they fuck up and don't fix it.

No "House of Hellish Harlots" Update This Month

As title.  I spent June working on getting my old ebook collections ready for re-publication.

I did write a few more harlot 1st drafts, so patrons will be getting a choice of which ones to add first in a few days.

The first collection, "A Succubus for Christmas" should be back up in a couple of weeks.  I'll start hyping that up as soon as I've uploaded it to Amazon.

July should be back to normal with a new "House of Hellish Harlots" update at the end of it.

Continuing the theme of art of harlots, here's Queen Colubridis in all her gluttonous glory.

This commission was mine.  After seeing how the first Khanara Anandanum came out for Mark45.  I looked at Marwmellow's DeviantArt page, saw a lot of lovely lamias, and reckoned they'd be perfect for drawing Queen Colubridis.

Queen Colubridis is another one of the harlots from my erotic horror interactive fiction game "The House of Hellish Harlots".  In it, you the player have to try and survive the night in a brothel filled with hungry succubi and other monster girls.  It's still a work in progress and has morphed into a slightly more ambitious project than I originally thought.  There are over 50 harlots to interact with.  You can check it out here.

The money for the commission was raised through my Patreon.  If you'd like to support the creation of more works like this, please consider subscribing.  This month I'll be looking into other alternatives to Patreon as well.  I know some people refuse to use Patreon for ideological reasons (which I fully understand).

This was from a relatively 'hot' period of short story writing, so quite a few exclusives in this collection.  I'm still trying to get these collections back up ASAP, so people that haven't read them before can catch up.  I was hoping to tick away with it alongside working on House of Hellish Harlots, but that hasn't worked out so far.  What I'm planning to do is get the regular monthly release for HoHH ready early, then spend a couple of weeks focused purely on all the nitty-gritty of formatting the manuscripts and uploading the collections to the various ebook sites.

Art of Khanara Anandanum (from House of Hellish Harlots)

Here is some nice art of Khanara Anandanum, one of the stranger harlots in the House of Hellish Harlots. She's the slime/slug/lamia monster girl that wraps her lower body around the player and overwhelms them with bliss.  This is a nice teasing pin-up of her upper body.  The dress is billowing, but we can't see what's beneath...

Public Demo Version of "House of Hellish Harlots" updated to v0.030

After a period of slowness (and a bout of Covid), I'm ramping back up to better productivity on The House of Hellish Harlots again.

The public demo has been updated to version 0.030.  This adds 2 new harlots:

Sasori Oiran
A scorpion-tailed geisha girl assassin.  She's very dangerous, but makes sure all her victims go out with a smile.

The White Latex Milkmaids, Elita-05 and Elita-07
These are The Doctoress's elite milking androids.  They seek out the best quality men and 'milk' them.

As I mentioned, the last couple of months have been disrupted by Covid and other distractions.  I'm trying to get up to speed again.  I was blocked for a while trying to write the Story Inspiration segment for "A Succubus for Christmas".  I've now got over and completed that.  I need to prep the manuscript and give it a thorough editing pass.  Once that's done, I'll get the collection back up on Amazon and other places ASAP.

Public Demo Version of "House of Hellish Harlots" updated to v0.029

So, what happened to February?

A bit of burnout followed by a lot of Elden Ring, which thankfully seemed to fix the burnout problem.

I'm back and working on The House of Hellish Harlots again.  Patrons got the first two of the new batch of harlot scenarios (I have another 6 or so queued up behind that are written to various degrees of completion).  These are the scorpion-tailed geisha, Sasori Oiran, and the White Latex Milkmaids, Elita-05 and Elita-07.  That comprises version 0.030 and can be obtained on my Patreon here.

With the Patreon version up to v0.030, that means I can get the public version back to being one release behind.  v0.029 is a relatively small release as I was concentrating on writing new raw harlot scenarios for that month.  It adds 1 harlot - the 'loveheart' succubus, Amoura D'Coeur.  She is intended to be a two part scenario with her much more dangerous 2nd visit to be added at a later date.  For now, you can enjoy her attentions in relative safety.

** This was the 1st chapter of Succubus Summoning 101 in the original collection.  Back then there was a minor gold rush of people rushing to self publish on Amazon's kindle platform and some less scrupulous people were ripping stories off places like Literotica to publish under their own name.  I'd already had someone try to swipe the Succubus Summoning series a year earlier for a smaller fan-writing site, so included the 1st chapter of SS101 in this collection (which was originally written as a standalone short story) as a form of pre-emptive copyright protection.  Now that Succubus Summoning 101 exists as its own book, that isn't necessary, so I'm planning to replace it with the appropriately Valentine's Day themed "The Succubus Heart Squad".

Story Inspiration - A Succubus for Christmas

Despite getting distracted by various things, I still want to get those old short story collections back up for sale again.

One thing I wanted to add was a little segment at the back detailing the inspiration behind the stories.  Writing them (or rather rewriting them as I wrote some for Christmas and Valentine's Day a while back) did unfortunately lock me up last month and is part of the reason why I've been a little quiet recently.  It's usually the non-fiction that locks me up, for some reason.  It's why I stopped blogging on almost anything other than documenting recent releases.

In this case I wasn't happy.  What I was writing felt self-indulgent.  I know I'm only trying to emulate what I've read in other horror short collections/anthologies, but let's face it, I'm not Stephen King and a previous publication history of "I uploaded them to Literotica" is not as interesting as a list of dates and original magazines the stories were published.

I think it might be better to use this segment to answer questions people might have on the inspiration for the characters and story, or to clarify things I intentionally left vague and cryptic.

More Potential Covers for "A Succubus for Christmas"

 Getting closer, I think.

1. My current favourite (and why I put it first).  Abstract enough that the usual AI weirdness doesn't seem out of place.  I think I might change the font colour from gold to silver to make it stand out from the background.

2. Technically the 1st from filenames, but I thought I'd change the order to put the good one first.  This one has similar problems to the old pic I posted and is the weakest of the 4 options in my opinion.

3. Okay, but maybe not as good as 1 and 4.  I like that she appears to be wearing some kind of bondage mask.  Gold again might not the right choice for the font.

4. My second favourite.  The colours are nice and vibrant.  Has a decent impression of a feminine figure without falling into the uncanny valley problems.

More Potential AI Art Covers

I'm still playing around with AI art for covers and have mocked these examples up.

Given how Wombo works, and the difficulty when it comes to human figures/faces, I think it's best to fully lean into the abstract aspects.  I'm also hoping I might be able to lure some more mainstream horror readers over, and I think the usual smiling anime succubus might scare them off.

It's not ideal.  That would be getting a decent fantasy artist and commissioning art similar to the old Weird Tales covers.  I'm not sure I have the budget for that or even know where to find someone to do it.  I'm also conscious I need to get these ebooks back up, sooner rather than later.

I think these are better than the Christmas example, but are they good enough?

(The Freedom one I think is, Halloween and Remembrance are borderline, but might be abstract enough to get away with it.)

This adds Cíocha's bigger sister: Cruiscíní Gadaí-na-Duine.  She can either show up alone or with Cíocha for a much more dangerous scenario.  She's a boobfairy scaled up to the size of a human, so expect a vore theme and a lot of fucked up lactation in her scene.

As always, patrons are a month ahead.  For them I released v0.029.  Because I have a bunch of other stuff going on at the moment and I'm focusing on writing lots of new harlot scenarios, v0.029 is another small release and just adds 1 new harlot - the "love heart succubus" Amoura D'Coeur.

As this was a very small HoHH release, I thought I should give my patrons something more for January.  I get comments here asking how my various characters would interact with each other.  A few years back I began a novel idea that featured both Nicole and Madam Voluptula.  That didn't pan out and is currently on hiatus while I work on other projects, but I thought I'd share the opening chapters with patrons.  That 6.5K opening novel fragment can be read here.

I'm still in the middle of trying to get all of my books back up on sale, so there is some ongoing disruption to my work on HoHH.  However, I've been building up a little stockpile of new harlot scenarios ready to type up and implement.  I'm hoping February will get back to 3-4 harlots per release rather than the single-harlot releases of the past couple of months.

Lovely Photo Manip inspired by "Vampiric Boobies"

Normally, I regard Twitter as a horrible place.  I have a twitter handle on there (@manyeyedhydra), but for the last couple of years I've only used it to post dry updates of projects in progress.  The number of potential negative interactions far far outweigh the potential positive interactions on that platform, especially if you're someone like me who slaloms all over the usual political lines.

This was one of those rare positive interactions as I got tagged in on a thread where a photo manip artist had posted a piece inspired by one of my stories.  I liked it and asked if I could share, and the artist agreed, so here we are:

I don't know if it's meant to be Acarina or another vampire girl inspired by her.  Either way it's a really good interpretation of the blood draining scene from "Vampiric Boobies".

If she's anything like Acarina, that poor bloke is about to be given a horrible choice...

The artist is @Smut_Demon on twitter.  They regularly post photo manips of succubi, vamps and aliens, and they're pretty damn good from what I've seen.

I'm still playing around with Wombo Dream for potential cover prospects.  Christmas was a tricky one to get anything workable.

I had this as a candidate, but after adding the titles, I'm not so sure.  I think it might not quite be abstract enough to get away with looking weird.

Succubus Summoning 101 and 201 are back on sale

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, my publisher, eXcessica, closed their doors at the end of last year.  This meant all my ebooks (with the exception of the shorter novellas I self-published myself) were unpublished and taken down from sale.  I've been steadily putting them back up again under my own name.

Succubus Summoning 101 and Succubus Summoning 201 are now back up.  In fact, they've been back up on Amazon for over a week.  I've just been waiting for approval to go through at other sites.

That process was... a little interesting.  While I'm no stranger to it, having self-published the Sandwiched by series (which I need to go back to a straighten out at some point), it's been a few years, so there was some rust to shake off and copious swearing at manuscript formatting software that insists on changing text formatting whether you want it to or not!

The collections are still on the way.  I wanted to take this as an opportunity to redo the covers and maybe tweak the contents.  More on that in a week or two!

Public Demo Version of "House of Hellish Harlots" Updated to v0.027

The public demo version of "House of Hellish Harlots" has been updated to v0.27.  You can play it here (ignore the Patreon splash page at the start - I forgot to create the public version of the file back at the start of December).

As November was a rough month for me personally, that release only added 1 new harlot: Suffocatrix Assphyxia.

Suffocatrix Assphyxia is another smother specialist like Suffocatrix Mamilla, and has a similar scenario focused around erotic asphyxiation.  Mamilla specialised in breast smothering.  Assphyxia specialises in... well, you can probably guess from the name.

While a similar scenario to Mamilla, Assphyxia doesn't yet have the repeat visit functionality and alternate "End" of her smother sister.  I will be adding that at a later date as well as a bonus scenario where both Mamilla and Assphyxia get to work on the player at the same time in an "ass vs tits" content.

As a part of the release, I also updated Mamilla's scenario.  She has slightly different likes and dislikes now.

Changes with M.E. Hydra books

I should have posted this earlier, but it's been a busy month yadda yadda.

A few weeks ago I received an email that eXcessica would be closing its doors and unpublishing all its books at the end of November.  First up, there's nothing controversial about this.  Excessica was started as a sort of writer's collective right before Amazon's Kindle blew the doors off self-publishing.  This was back when alternative book sites required "publishers" to have at least three authors in their stable and Selena Kitt wanted to both start her own career as an author and recognised there was a lot of untapped talent on Literotica that could be brought along for the ride.  I feel honoured and grateful to be one of those writers and have nothing but praise for Selena and her hardworking crew for having me along.

All good things must come to an end, and in an era where it's trivially easy for a writer to upload their work to Amazon and other places, there is no longer the need for writer's-collectives-cum-publishers.  It's time for us to make our own way, and I fully understand the decision.

What does it mean for M.E. Hydra books on Amazon and elsewhere?

As far as I know, the ones put out through eXcessica will be unpublished at the end of the month, so if you want to grab the old versions, you might want to do it pretty sharpish.  The books affected are Succubus Summoning 101 and 201, and the A Succubus for collections (6 of them).  The Sandwiched by novellas were fully self-published by me and won't be affected (I really should get back to finishing that series off!)

The books won't be gone for good.  As soon as I've sorted out the logistics of rights transfers and the rest, I'll be reuploading them under my own author account.  For Succubus Summoning 101 and 201, that will probably be right away as I'm happy with the current covers for those.  They'll just need some tweaks to the copyright page and the removal of the old logo and should be good to go.

As for the A Succubus for collections, I might use this as an opportunity to tweak these and rebrand the series as a whole.

As part of the rebranding I definitely want to redo the covers and number them as a series.

The other thing I might do is rejig the contents and running orders.  Sharp-eyed readers will have noticed links between characters and events, and realised these are all taking place in a shared universe.

This was not always the case.  Early on, I wrote them as standalone short stories, which means there are some that don't quite fit within that shared universe - the superhero parodies, that one science fiction story, some of the "Succubus vs." stories.

While I haven't put any books out for a while, I have continued to write stories.  Some have been Patreon-exclusives, others have been posted on Literotica.  I probably have enough for a new collection and some left over.  I'm thinking of replacing some of the older stories in the older collections, and then rebranding the collections as part of a much larger ongoing story in the same universe.

What do people think about that?

Go with the rebrand, or preserve the collections with their original line-ups?

Either way, expect the Succubus Summoning series to be reuploaded fairly quickly, and I'll likely follow with the new A Succubus for editions over the first half of 2022.  Maybe, if everything falls into place, a brand new 7th collection to follow the updated editions.

As for covers, I'm still checking on whether it's allowed, but the WOMBO dream app has thrown up a few pictures I wouldn't feel too bad about sticking on a book cover.

Wombo-ing up the House of Hellish Harlots website

If you've checked out the House of Hellish Harlots website recently, you might have noticed it has a little bit more colour now.

My webdev skills are rudimentary at best (probably less, to be honest - when it comes to IT I'm more of the backend math model coding type).  It looks vaguely okay on my laptop, but I haven't been able to test it for other devices.  If it looks like ass on your display (rather than just garish - that's intentional! :D ), let me know.

The art is from the new viral AI art toy, WOMBO Dream, you might have seen floating around on social media.  You can play with it here:

You feed it some keywords or phrases, and it spits out an impressionist painting in a variety of different styles (I'm guessing they're using some kind of neural network and trained it on a massive art catalogue).  Obviously, me being me, I fed it a bunch of filth and the results were... interesting.

Currently, the AI only really seems good for abstract and impressionist works.  It seems fairly difficult to get anything resembling a human form out of it, with "house7" below being the closest I got.  Most of the time it spits out a weird jumble of body parts and facial features that looks bad rather than weird or disturbing.

I like it more with buildings and room interiors.  The lines are still 'off', but they're off in a way that looks weird and hallucinatory.  Especially if you feed it conflicting terms such as "house" with "hellish" and "sexual pleasure"/"perversion".  That results in the AI blurring the lush voluptuous curves painted by the old masters with the regular lines of a building, and resulting in something that's 'off' in an interesting and slightly perverse way.  Perfect for the House of Hellish Harlots, which is more than it appears!

I'm not sure if the developers intended it as anything other than a fun toy, but it seems to me like a really good way to produce abstract art for album or book covers (especially for self-published authors).  Looking up the guidelines for use, the people that made the app don't want people trying to sell the artwork, but seem okay with people using it as album/book covers.  I don't know how long that will stay in place as I suspect other people will latch onto the usefulness fairly quickly.

In the meantime I thought some of these would make nice background art to brighten up the website.  It's a nice interim fix to hold me over until I can get some proper artwork commissioned.

HoHH Art Commission - Alsharajea Hira, the Corruptress

After seeing how Pori turned out, I contacted the artist, and ran a poll for patrons to pick a HoHH harlot to have art commissioned for.  Alsharajea Hira, the Corruptress won and this is the finished result.

Reception on Patreon has been pretty mixed.  I think a lot depends on how thicc you like your succubi.  Personally, I think it conveys her raunchiness pretty well, but I also understand it might not be everyone's cup of tea.  We all have different preferences.

The public version of "House of Hellish Harlots" has been updated to version 0.026.  You can play it here.  There are 2 new harlots added in this release, taking the total count up to 42.

Cíocha Gadaí-na-Bod
The boobfairy.  If you like your monster girls deliciously evil, Cíocha is definitely your gal.  She's a little on the spiteful side.  For some reason, the fairies I add to the House have some of the nastiest Bad Ends, and Cíocha is no exception.  Make good choices and I hope you don't wince too hard.

If you do survive, you'll notice her mention a 'big sister'.  That is Cruiscíní.  I haven't finished her yet.  Cíocha is intended to be a one-two punch scenario similar to Osculia's, where she returns right after with a more dangerous scenario.  That will be in a future release, as well as a solo scenario for the big boobfairy.

If you remember the very early demo I put out a couple of years ago, there was a fog succubus that killed the player if they dallied too much on the way to the House.  I've given her a harlot scenario.  It's fairly short and simple.  This is close to the original idea I had for how the scenarios would be (so the project wouldn't take too long).  I think I might rattle off a few more like this over the next month or so, just to pump the numbers up a bit.

I've also messed around with some fonts to hopefully make the site a little bit easier to read.  My webdev skills are distressingly basic, so we'll be stuck with plain text for a while until I can get hold of some nice artwork to pretty things up a little.

As I'll be maintaining, the Patreon version is a month ahead.  They're on v0.027 and Suffocatrix Assphyxia finally makes an appearance within the House.  If you want to check that out and help support the project, follow the link here.

As always, any feedback gratefully received.  November was a rough month for some personal reasons, so v0.027 was a small release.  December is also shaping up to be very busy with other things, so I expect that to only add 1 or 2 harlots as well.  I'll post more in detail on that in a couple of days.

Art of Pori, the Love Sponge

Pori, the Love Sponge is one of the harlots in "The House of Hellish Harlots".  The public demo of that has been updated to v0.025 and can be played here.  Here is a lovely pic of her, showing her in all her comfy loveliness.

While I'd love to say I was responsible for this, the piece was independently commissioned by Mark45 and he kindly gave me permission to share it.

I like this.  If I was to add art to HoHH it would be through profile pictures like this.  The ideal GUI for HoHH would likely take the form of a book with artwork on the left page and the text on the right.  Unfortunately, I lack the wherewithal to create this, so the project will likely stay text-only for the moment.  What I did think of doing was to create a profile page on houseofhellishharlots.com and list all the harlots with profile pics and details (Kind of like Monster Girl Encyclopaedia, but if all the monster girls were offering services in a massage parlour/brothel).  Art like this would be perfect for that.

The major change is the addition of an accelerated restart mode.  I got plenty of feedback about how annoying it was to have to go through the Barman's introduction and warnings for every new game and so added an option to skip that for subsequent playthroughs (similar to how the original car journey and Madam's tour are skippable on subsequent playthroughs).  I also extended this to the Madam's explanations of how Mulligan Tokens work.  The accelerated restart option drops the player right in at the first round of harlot choices.  This should make the game a lot more playable!

I've also given the demo a designated endpoint.  There were reasons for the "we've run out of harlots" comment from the Madam, but it probably seemed weird to players to get it after only seeing 6 of 40 harlots.  Now, the demo runs for the first 5 rounds.  The 5th round is a designated special mini-boss round.  No 'mini-bosses' have been added yet (they will have slightly longer and more complex scenarios than the regular harlots), but I've moved back most of the really dangerous harlots to round 5 to temporarily fill that role.  This should reduce the chances of the player getting a first round of harlots that are impossible to survive.

I've added a changelog section to the webpage, so the full details can be found there.  I've also added some separate sections for links and begging for any artists to take interest.

Patrons are slightly ahead at the moment as I released a new version at the end of the month that includes two new harlots.  They are at v0.026 while the public version is at v0.025.  Because I want patrons to feel like they're paying for something (and if you wish to support this project, you can do it here), I'll continue to maintain the early access approach of patrons getting the new version a month before the public update.   

As for the overall look of the website, yeah, my webdev skills... suck.  I'm definitely very boomer-esque when it comes to that department.  I probably spent most of last night screaming at the screen because I'd change a font size, hit publish, only for the change to be completely ignored (likely because some other global setting I'm unaware of is overriding it).  That's something I'm just going to have to keep working at until I get better.  At the moment it sort of displays okay as plain white text on a black background to me, but I don't know if it's doing crazy stuff like white text on a white background for other people.  If you notice anything off, please let me know.  Also, because I am clearly noobish, any hints, tips, feedback and suggestions will be gratefully received!

The idea I had for the website was to have it spoof a high-class brothel/massage parlour website, with sections for facilities, ladies available, etc.  As I'm not sure I'll be able to add artwork to Twine without it slowing down to a crawl, a nice interim step would be to create a "Ladies" page that lists all the harlots with a profile and picture.  Think Monster Girl Encyclopaedia, but with the profile listing what services they offer and specialties.  The current site is a long way off that at the moment, but I think that idea is doable and something to aim for.  Consider it a work in progress I'll keep tinkering with to make better

New(ish) Story for Literotica's 2021 Halloween Story Competition: "The Subway Succubus"

 My entrant for Literotica's 2021 Halloween Story competition is up:

"The Subway Succubus"

Okay, so this one isn't brand spanking new.  I wrote it last year.  I was a bit poor with competition deadlines last year.  "The Succubus in Mr Herbert's Summer House" was supposed to be my entrant to the Summer Lovin' competition.  I didn't finish it in time, so I entered it into the Halloween competition instead.  "The Subway Succubus" was supposed to be my entrant for the 2020 Halloween competition, but I didn't finish that either.  I posted it afterwards.  It was rejected for being a little too nasty, so I used it as a (temporary) patron-exclusive on Patreon.

Roll around to 2021 and I'm a bit iffy on whether I'll be able to finish a new story for this year's competition.  I lost the first week of October to having to redo most of September's work after a software crash, and I'm currently up to my eyeballs trying to get a new public release of "House of Hellish Harlots" ready.

I do have a half-written story that I was originally planning to finish and enter, and I will set aside a couple of days next week to see if I can finish it.  What with everything else going on, I'm not confident that will happen and it will likely get pushed back for another attempt next year.

Then I remembered I had "The Subway Succubus" lying around.  I thought I'd resubmit it with a nice big disclaimer at the top and see if it would go through this time.  And it did.

As an aside, if I feel the need to put a disclaimer at the start, yeah, you can be sure the story is going in some nasty places.  So, consider yourself warned.  I wanted to write a proper scary-monster-succubus for this one.  It definitely brings the 'horror' of  'erotic horror' and gets a bit icky at the end.

Normally I write a bit about how Literotica's competition scoring works, but it's not really necessary in this case.  This one isn't placing, so there's no need to worry about that!
